Before arriving in Chios, we coordinated in advance with Stamatis at Kanaris Tours on planning two different full-day tours for our family. We were able to design our own tours, one for the north and middle of the island, and the other for the southern portion of Chios. The tour busses Kanaris Tours provided were very comfortable and able to easily fit the twelve of us in our family. We had a wonderful tour guide named Julie who was very knowledgeable in the history of Chios, and the many sites we went to visit. Both of our tours were full day tours, and she made the time fly by with all of the information she shared. Julie was very friendly, accommodating, and made sure that all of us were having a good time and, she spoke perfect English. The Kanaris Tour company provided us with plenty of water during our tour. I highly recommend Kanaris Tours for any adventure on Chios, and their awesome tour guide, Julie.
Kanaris organised 2 personal day tours for us. We suggested places we wanted to visit, and they created an itinerary to suit us. With our fabulous driver/guide Maria, we toured the northern areas and the following day the south. Maria ensured the three of us enjoyed our time in Chios.
